I applied through indeed job posting with my CV and received an email with invitation to interview which was held in the company's office. Interviewers were three persons from company's management, no HR person was involved. I started with explanation of my past work experience and education. Than I was asked some specific technical questions related to my past work experience. After that I asked questions about actual project for which they were hiring new Mechanical Engineer. After that I had possibility to look at company's production area. Interview ended with questions about the desired salary and the start date.
