I had a phone screen with the People Operations Manager. She was very friendly and asked thoughtful questions about my background and experience. We discussed the company culture and the responsibilities of the HR Assistant role. However, after the call, I was not contacted again even after following up. The lack of communication afterward was disappointing and left a negative impression.

There are 3 rounds of interview. The 1st round is just talking with recruiter. 2nd round is with the team members. Last round is with the direct manager and the skip. Not too many technical questions and no coding in the interview.

Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support)
Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code
Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions
Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
