There are four phases in Interview and Hiring Process. They are as given below :
1. Apptitude Test : There are so many questions related to Reasoning and Apptitude to test our general basic skills.
2. Technical Round : In this round, we faced questions relevant to Programming languages like C and C++.
3. Technical interview : Team Leader of Programming takes interview on that particular Technical test that we had before in previous round.
4. HR (Human Resource) Round : HR manager asked about our family background and our strength and weakness points. He also asked about our willingness to work with the company as well as keeping eye on our Personality status.
