This is a three step interview process, the first interview is an in person five minute interview asking basic questions, I personally didn't understand what was going on until it was over. Basically they explain what the job is, which is working inside retailers such as Sam's Club or Menard's selling specific product at a kiosk. When applying for the job this is not what I was expecting after reading the description. The second interview is a shadow interview, you and a team leader go into a retailer and watch a sales pitch from one of the people working the kiosk that day. They ask you if you would be able to handle this. Its constant standing all day at a kiosk, but I said yes because I needed a job. The third interview (I was told by HR if you get the third interview then you have the job) was just a quick one on one with the manager, asking if you liked the second interview. Over all this process was simple and easy to get through, make sure to mention sales and that you are goal oriented.
Just be prepared if you go to the second interview to see that you are actually just standing at a kiosk all day trying to get people to listen to your sales pitch
