First round is with HR and NOT the hiring manager, which is quite strange. They don't know much about the actual position and HR has very high turnover. I would only advise you to be prepared to ask all the HR questions that you want to know from the very start.

Unfortunately the HR there are glorified operations people with no education. They have no idea what roles they are hiring for and simply want to tick a box. They are very unprofessional.
