First you have at least two Phone interviews, then you have to go to one of the clinics for a shadow experience in scrubs in order to be a part of the clinics staffing for a few hours.

Very simple, via FaceTime. They were able to set up a shadow date that week and start me with training the next. Although I did not take the job as they pay salary, and this job required 85+ hours biweekly. No PTO, no vacation time,no overtime, no holiday pay.
