The process was easy and fair. You'll get questions similar to the actual exam. just know your stuff. I'm sure you would do great. Since it's been a while...not sure if you still have to pick up 100lbs for the physical test but that's what I had to do.

Describe a Challenging Call You've Had and How You Handled It.

Submit an online application, which wants you to fill in a lot information. You will then receive a call from the management to come in for an interview. You have 5 day period in which you can schedule the interview, they usually have batches of 5-10 students within one orientation of new hires.

you go in and talk with one of the supervisors and discuss why you should get the job they want to feel you out and see how you would fit in and who you would fit in with as a permanent partner
