The process consisted of six interviews, one with Talent, one with each of four people in the team I would be joining, and one with the CEO. All were really positive and open two-sided conversations about the expectations, contributions I would bring, and what the job experience would actually be like. The whole process lasted a little over two weeks, and I got feedback after every set of interviews from the Head of Talent. Very positive experience.
