Two rounds of technical interviews. Questions were based on past experience, projects. The interview process was quite quick and the whole thing took about two weeks - from the time of first call to the offer letter.

The interview was great and dealt with fundamentals of robotics, related to maniupulator fundamentals like forward kinematics. Also checked the mathematical background of the candidate, through questions again related to robotics.

Entrevista
The entire application process involved making a formal application. Then the resume gets shortlisted and the HR emailed asking for more details.
After sending those details, if selected, HR will get back with an assignment. Once you finish the assignment, HR comes back with an interview slot selection email. Then the interview takes place (in my case with one interviewer). It was a 1-hour interview.
After that, the HR calls and asks for the expected CTC.
Asks for documents.
Comes back to you with an offer if you are offered a job.
My honest thoughts -
The patent bonus structure seems unclear and potentially unfair. The 2 lakhs INR offered as a patent performance bonus may not adequately reflect the potential value of the generated intellectual property, especially if there's a clause stating that all IP belongs to Miko. A more equitable option would be to share IP ownership or explore a royalty-based system.
While I don't mean to sound disrespectful, I must express my concern about the company's approach. The compensation structure feels like it may be taking advantage of individuals in desperate situations, which is unfortunate and potentially shady. This approach may attract employees more interested in opportunistic moves rather than dedicated individuals willing to go the extra mile.
I believe in the importance of fair compensation for employees to reach their full potential and contribute wholeheartedly to their roles. A company must foster an environment where employees work because they want to, not just because they have to.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively and contributes to positive changes within the company. I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to interview at Miko and wish the organization success in finding the right candidate for the position.
