Very efficient process. I applied and was quickly contacted by Emily. We set up a call and she went over the job description in a very comprehensive manner. She asked me a few questions about myself, my prior experience, and how I would respond in various situations. It was a very easy going and welcoming conversation. I was invited to go to the clinic and interview with the clinic manager, and that was an equally as wonderful experience. I was very impressed with how well the whole process was conducted.

They will first do a telephone screening call that last close to an hour. They will go over the job and what that entails, ask about your background, tons of situational type question, ect. If the phone screening goes well then they will schedule you for an in person interview with the manger of store you applied to. After that, the manager will either give the okay or pass on you to which the person who did your phone screening will call and let you know. Overall it was a pleasant and smooth process.
