Phone screen stage -- said they would move quickly and notify within 2-3 weeks if moving forward to 2-3 more rounds of interviews. The screener was a board member / former administrator who did not seem to have much familiarity with HR, which would be common in an organization where they are hiring for an HR department of 1.

Entrevista
Applied online. Received request for phone interview with 3 questions to be filled out prior and emailed back. Asking basic experience with with recruitment and onboarding, experience with employee engagement and communication and salary requirement. This position online had a range that was very low for a recruiting position, even for non profit. Then when having the interview and the HR Director stated all the expectations of this position that were beyond recruiting, it was clear, this position was also to be administration for her. The interview lacked direction and I never felt the Director was active listening. She said she wanted to hire asap, and would be looking to bring candidates in to the building the following week for the next interview process. Weeks passed... never heard back from the organization.
