I was given a 10 minute interview by two gentlemen running the two departments., and it was an absolutely horrible experience. Before even talking, two guys let me know at the beginning of the interview that the position was filled and that I was too old for the position, but decided to read a list of interview questions anyways. My sense of disgust and injustice was through the roof; total waste of time. You’re better off interning for a private company than scanning old drainage reports all day here.
