Candidatei-me de outra forma. Fui entrevistado pela Milence em fev. de 2026
Entrevista
There were 3 rounds of interviews , 2 of them with the Hiring Manager( Mission Control Lead) including an On-site interview.
I was infact approached by the Recruiter herself via LinkedIn . Clarification from the recruiter that the role does not need particular expertise on MS Dynamics 365 despite sounding so from the description , made it more relevant to my profile.
The role was positioned more as CRM platform ownership . Analytics was important but supportive and NOT meant to be heavy with the way it was mentioned in the responsibilities. Even the interviews did not deep dive into Analytics part except for 1 question if I know analytics/ reporting tools.
After attending 3 rounds they rejected saying that the role was more of a Business Analyst and not just CRM.
It is not the rejection that really matters but the way they tweak the role when it is already in the recruitment pipeline and then use that as a lame excuse to turn down the candidature .
When candidates dedicate so much time , energy and effort even meeting on-site demands , the responsible managers must maintain a minimum sense of clarity / responsibilities / weightage of each aspect of the role they are trying to hire ! Not after completing 3 out of 4 rounds of discussing with the candidate should they come to the realisation that the position needed to fill is a Business Analyst and NOT a CRM Specialist !
