Pre-recorded video interview was a little jarring but the questions were mostly personal with one technical question. I would not hesitate to avoid if you think that is a bad practice, however. I did get called for a follow up interview around a week later.

The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with an initial pre recorded video interview, followed by a technical round that covered my expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and front-end technologies. The final round was a cultural/managerial discussion to assess my problem-solving skills, project experience, and ability to work in a team. Throughout the process, everything was well-coordinated, and I always received timely updates.
