I worked for this company a long time ago, but I remember that they were very thorough in their vetting. My background was checked as well as my references were all contacted. This was a one on one interview with the president of the company at the time.

Make sure to be yourself and be confident. Make sure you talk about why you want to work with children and how you can make an impact. Also, be upfront about what hours would work best for you.
