One interview - 60/90 minutes about the CV, very easy just talking about the candidate's experiences and very friendly One test -3h30: in the first part there was a 9 pages tender to examine and to identify potential issues in the event plannings - related to the tender the second part asked 2 infographics 1 timeline 1 infographs in which underline the benefits of bidding with the company In my opinion the interview was very easy, the test not difficult but too long for this role which pays around 3000 gross plus benefits per month. I felt like applying for a governmental position.
