Candidatei-me online. O processo levou mais de 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Milken Institute em set. de 2014
Entrevista
Submitted resume and cover letter through email. Prompt response from direct supervisor. Phone interview consisted of going through the experiences I had listed on my resume. Interview questions were basic and the interviewer was the direct supervisor. Interviewer was most interested in how well I could handle independent work. Slightly unprofessional followup.

Entrevista
I applied online and heard back about a week later to schedule a phone interview. The call was with one of the two directors I would be working under, and went very well as far I could tell. They had me come in to the office to meet with both directors the following week, and it was overall a pretty good experience. They were relatively informal, and most of the questions were focused on whether or not I would be interested in the kind of work they described, rather than traditional questions or dissecting my research experience.
It was pretty surprising when I didn't hear back after several weeks despite repeated attempts to contact them (they never replied to any calls or emails). I eventually found out that I had been passed over about a month later, and only after I had a contact who works there ask the team directly on my behalf what had happened. They were apologetic and said things had been busy, but it still wasn't fun waiting so long after a good interview. When I asked them why I had been passed over, they simply said they went with someone who had more experience. I didn't really understand what more experience I could have had, since it wasn't a quantitative research-oriented position, and in the interview they barely asked about my experience or qualifications.
