Very straight forward phone interview. Some information was sent via email ahead of time for review and questions. Interview is quick at about 20 min where everything is explained to you. It's an independant contractor 1099 agreement

If you can fill out the online application, YOU'RE HIRED!!! in about 3 months... When I spoke on the phone with the first point of contact, there was not an interview whatsoever. No questions asked, just terms dictated. Very impersonal, just going through the motions of her daily tasks. These were immediate red flags of a hallow shell company with too few administrators trying to keep up the perception of a solid business.
