Typical full-day process. I would recommend staying away both because I have the sense they are going to fail to execute their vision, and also because they wasted my time by not even giving me a response after the 1-2 weeks that they told me would give me feedback. I was asked very few actual technical questions, and when I probed one interviewer as to the answer of an arguably odd question, he actually answered incorrectly to his own question (I verified online after the fact) which speaks to the unprepared and arbitrary nature of their whole process. Ted Z seemed pretty nice though. Other than that, I resent my time being wasted.
