The interview started with a short phone call followed by a face to face interview with the President and the Operations Manager. The interview is pretty laid back. They ask you some questions, but for the most part, it's really just to get to know you. After that, there was a second interview with the President to go over the compensation and benefits. At that point, an offer is made.
