It was with the search committee of about 3 people that sat in front of me and asked me a question each. There were 10 questions in total which you are to answer to the best of your ability and how it relates to the position. After speaking with them you meet the hiring manager to conclude the interview with her, take a tour, talk about schedules, and ask any questions you may have about the position.
