fill the application form around 10mins, then do the written test for 75mins, you can submit earlier if you already finished, and then is individual interview, the time is depends on your resume. But you still cannot leave, you need to do the powerpoint for 20mins and do the presentation. All the interview process is ok, but one thing is that if you have much much time, and never mind wasting your time. You can have a try. When I finished my written test earlier, and I wait for more than half an hour, because the hr staff went to have phone call, and we have two candidates, when the hr staff ready, we need to have individual interview one by one, actually I wait for 40mins, actually it was waste me around one hour, when I finished the interview, hr said “wait a minute, you have another test, I am going to take the computer for your test, but I have another test is going in other room”, which means they only have one computer for testing, I need to wait for the last candidate finished. I wait more than 10 minutes. The interview held around 3 hours, but 1.5 hour is waiting, and it was meaningless waiting. Why dont you just separate candidate into two different time slot instead of putting in same time slot and let one of candidates just wait wait and wait…..
