Group interviewed with 3 people for about 1.5 hours at the Milwaukee facility. One person in particular had a negative attitude right from the beginning and spun most of the personality answers I gave in a bad light. Be prepared for a technical evaluation about identifying a picture of a compound with which analytical techniques you would use, etc. Honestly, I felt the entire interview to be condescending and wouldn't encourage anyone to work with a boss that would behave this way before you're even hired.

Originally heard from a friend to apply. Applied via a recruiter. Got a call for an in person interview right after applying. Interviewed with three people, QC supervisor, quality manager, HR. All had similar personality based questions. After the interview I got notice of an offer within a day. I didn't even have a chance to write my thank you notes.
