Interview process was fairly straightforward, 3 rounds of increasing length and complexity. The interviews went well, and I enjoyed meeting everyone I spoke to while getting a feel for the company. After the third round, there was no response for two weeks until the recruiter confirmed what I had said was the minimum salary I would consider, which was lower than my target range. A week later I received an offer that was significantly lower than even that minimum, basically a junior level salary for a senior position.
