Entrevista
Very lengthy with lots of preparation and time required. I got to the final stage but was not offered the role as I didn't show enough passion for corporate communications. This felt strange as all the questions were around my internship which has nothing to do with this so it was naturally difficult to relate answers to corporate comms. Other than this the process was fine and I did learn from it.

Entrevista
I applied online and was invited to what was listed as an introductory call. I anticipated an authentic conversation but was strictly asked behavioral questions with zero opportunity for organic dialogue. Be prepared with STAR-based responses. I did not advance past the first round, which was fine given the full loop was excessive with four or five rounds. The process seemed archaic and rigid although I don’t think it was anything to do with the recruiter, who provided prompt feedback and kind words.
