Entrevista
Two phone interviews, one with HR, another with the prospective manager. Very in-depth questions concerning troubleshooting processes and relevant CNC experience. Both phone interviews lasted upwards of 30 minutes.
In-person interview lasted around 3 hours, and included both lunch and an extensive tour of the facilities. HR also briefed on the benefits the company offered, which were very generous.
Facilities were very nice, employees looked like they enjoyed their work, and the benefits package was exceptional.
