Was very thorough, I first met with the Director, and then 2 sets of teams, then broke off and met one on one with a few people. It spanned an entire afternoon. It was very engaging, and an enjoyable process.

Be prepared for a 6-8 week process and meeting 10-20 people. They bring you back a few times which doesn't mean much. They don't respond to emails when you thank the people you meet. Staff seems overwhelmed. It's a time suck. Very slow process.
