No HR screen, had a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. Manager was very dry and had very little social cues. Tried to talk me out of the position the entire interview and never took time to explain the job/department.

I thought my interview went great the person who interviewed me made it sound like it wouldn’t take long to hear back and that they would contact me I reached out to her a couple weeks after she didn’t email me back so a couple days after that I called and left a voicemail and finally got a response but she still didn’t have an answer.
