Entrevista
I did a total of 5 interviews; 1 screening call with recruiter, 1 virtual with hiring manager, and 3 onsite interviews with selected members of the sales team.
The actual interviews with the hiring manager and selected panelists were disappointing. There were little questions asked to me about my experience but there was an overemphasis on culture with little substance using company culture questions as a vague catch all. All of the interviewers came unprepared so it was clear they did not have a clear rubric for the role and unable to articulate its core competencies. I had two panelists who just went on long monologues leaving me with little time to ask questions since the interviews were back to back. Although MKE Tools is growing fast, their processes have not quite caught up and it was evident in this department's hiring process.

Went to the career fair, applied on handshake, and was offered an on campus interview. You can tell that all of the people that work there are passionate about what they do.
