Initial interview was by phone - general screening type questions. Once assessed, they call back within a few days if they want to move to the in person interview step. The interview at the office usually happens within a week or so of the phone interview. Basic and expected questions are asked - same as just about anywhere else for an entry level position. The recruiters are very nice, and do their job well. I was impressed with their professionalism given the fact that recruiting at Minacs is pretty much an ongoing, year round function.

There was a job fair at the location of the building in Oshawa that I went to. At this I was taken into a room with two people for an interview. They liked what they heard from me so after that they gave me some papers to fill out. Then there was a typing test to pass.
