The interview was mostly STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format questions and questions about past positions and experiences. There were no technical questions. Phone interview and then in-person panel interview.

Describe a time you disagreed with someone on your team and how you resolved the situation?
1 formal phone interview with HR. 1 phone interview with Manager. One informal phone interview with engineering team. Very quick process with hiring process taking less than a month before starting day.

Filled out the application and received a email 2 weeks later asking to setup a short 30 minute phone interview. The first interview was very basic questions and answering the typica “tell me about yourself and your experience” type of questions.
