There were 3 stages of interviews: HR screening, phone/technical screening, and in-person interview. I was rather concerned that during the initial screening, the HR representative asked me whether I had dependents (children). Definitely not compliant with EEO standards. This is not the 1950s. The technical staff was fine to talk to.
