The whole process took a week and a half. I applied for the position online on a Monday. I received an email requesting an over the phone interview on Tuesday morning which was to be scheduled through their Mindbody software. I scheduled the phone interview for Wednesday at 11:30am and they contacted me slightly after the scheduled time. The interviewer was a recruiter from Human Resources and asked me a number of questions that aligned with their core values. I had done my research ahead of time and located not 1 but 3 core values I identified with and explained why. She asked about my technical experience and why I want to work for Mindbody. At the end of the interview she told me she wanted to schedule me for a f2f interview which could be done over skype since I lived out of the area. I lived about 2 and half hours away and told her that I'd love to take the trip to SLO to see the campus in person and meet the team leads f2f. She asked if the next day would work and I agreed. The second interview was scheduled for 1pm on Thursday and I showed up early to the facility so I could review any info about the company including the core values etc. Once I checked in the team lead gave me a tour of the building and showed me where each department worked and what they did. He took me into a conference room where the other team lead was waiting. The whole interview was very laid back and friendly. They asked about my background and why I wanted to work for Mindbody...they had me listen to a recording of an actual call and tell them what I would have done different. They role played a call with me from start to finish. Overall, if you have dealt with the simplest technology from an internet browser to a TV; you'll pass with flying colors. After my sit down interview they had me shadow a team member and watch her take a call. They said usually candidates only watch one call and leave but I stayed an hour (until the end of the team members shift). It was very enlightening. I got a call for a third and final interview while on my 2.5 hour drive home. They scheduled it for the following Tuesday at 3:30. I went as scheduled and interviewed with the department manager. This interview was much harder to walk away from with confidence. He went into great depth on my resume all the way back to high school. I walked him through my entire work history and he asked a lot of questions about my experiences and what I took from away from each one. At the end of the interview he told me I should hear something back within a day or so. The whole interview lasted about an hour. I was emailed an offer letter 2 days later which was a Thursday.

Easy forward, great management .
4 steps: phone screening, CCAT test, interview hiring manager and senior manager.
Overall an hour each for the last interviews but quite engaging, cv screening at the end.
