I applied online, it took a couple of weeks before I heard back from them. First they did a phone interview, and after that I received an email saying they would like to invite me to their London office. Once I arrived, they had me waiting for a while before the manager came to reception to pick me up. He apologized and said his meeting ran late, the interview lasted no more than 15 minutes, and it looked more like an introduction than a meeting.
