Recruiter was quite late to the phone interview, and I had another appointment in the way. Then she scheduled a second call and blew it off altogether. Waited an hour then gave up. No clue what the deal was, as there was no further communication.

Entrevista
Two phone interviews the first one was a screen call with an admin and the second was a call with the hiring manager. Was standard questions because the hiring manager does not know UX and is more into marketing which is fine but he really didn't seem sure if he wanted someone in UX or Marketing. Whole process was dragged out over 5 weeks and just when I thought they had no interested they followed up. Last was a personality test online then some more weeks passed and told me they would be in touch. They told me a number of times they give discounts for services including botox, I told then I don't need any of that. Finally they said I was not selected.Meanwhile the job is still posted as active so its been months and they were not able to find anyone. These people do not know what they want they just waste your time.
