I applied online and the process took a total of 6 weeks. I had a phone introduction from HR which I was then asked to take a simple behavioral and IQ test. I was then interviewed by my current manager and one other. The interview was great, very interactive and covered a lot!

After applying online the recruiting officer reached out about 3 days later to schedule a phone screen. The phone screen was scheduled at my convenience and we went over both the personality test and IQ-test which I had taken shortly thereafter. About a week later, I had a scheduled in-person interview with two fellow IT members. The interview lasted about an hour and a half, and while I was there I had retaken the personality and IQ test. It was about a month later when the recruitment officer reached back out with an offer which I then accepted!
