Process was pretty easy. Basic phone interview. Once I passed that, it was on to an interview with two supervisors from the Technical Support Team. Questions were basic ones...nothing too tricky. Why do you want to work here? Why should we hire you? etc. The last step was an interview with the CEO. He was awesome! Felt more like a casual conversation than an interview.
Rick is the icing on the cake isn't he? I'm glad you had a positive experience! We love getting to know our candidates as people throughout the hiring process and it sounds like you were open to that. Glad to have you on our team!

4 steps: phone screening, CCAT test, interview hiring manager and senior manager.
Overall an hour each for the last interviews but quite engaging, cv screening at the end.

Fast, First Interview over Zoom just a call with Recruiter. Second Interview with Hiring Managers and Shadowing. The Offer accepted. The whole process was smooth and staff was friendly. The shadowing was great to see what type of work we would be doing.
