I've experienced not receiving the feedback from Mindera after a test assignment. I implemented a small but multimodulized application with clean architecture. I didn't have any boilerplates for projects so I did it from scratch. Two endpoints, two screens, one dialog, Jetpack Compose based UI, nothing's fancy but it's a good coded one. It took a weekend. Not much but still my whole weekend! Two days for implementing was a requirement. I sent it to the contractor HR, there wasn't an answer for a week, then I found the HR who is a creator of a private repo to commit into. I don't have feedback even in two weeks after submitting 😢 Another company that cultivates not answering
