There were initially two stages. First being a Screening Call, explaining the program and the company, what you know about them and your interests into Software Development. Second was an assessment Day, ice breakers, group task, presentation and one2one Interview. Then was emailed the following day asking for a quick 20 minute follow up call (wasn’t in the initial application process).
