Entrevista
Interview process was smooth, arranged by a recruiting firm. The interview was taken by their Engineering Director who asked about the various aspects of vlsi such as design and verification. Specific interest was on the types of projects done and SV and UVM methodology.
Overall the interview was conducted in a highly professional manner.
However, I did not accept the offer just because the highly unprofessional behaviour of the outsourced HR person kept by Mindlance Technologies for negotiation. The HR guy was extremely rude and unprofessional and also didn't had the skills of negotiation. Also, he was talking as the company was doing a favor on me by offering a job opportunity. He was extremely miser and was unwilling to pay for my travel expenses from my home town to Bangalore. Also not providing a makeshift place to stay for even 7 days as I was not a local there. The HR behaviour really sucked at Mindlance and thus I didn't accept the offer even after they were offering a bit more than my current employers.

Entrevista
The interview wasn't planned well. People were made to wait for hours and then rounds conducted thought it was a scheduled walk-in.
For a 1+candidate the questions asked were too tough. Openly they also discouraged saying we don't fit in, blah blah which could've been avoided. If a person doesn't fit just stop the interview and keep the advice for yourself.

Entrevista
Got call for F2F interview. Initial everything went well. Later interviewer started becoming rude n started asking question with angry face. Its Interviewer responsibility to conduct interview in good manner irrespective what candidates ans right/wrong. After Interview he told "That is door to out" what does it mean? We are not slaves coming to you asking for a job. Should respect everyone.
