      Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Mindstorm.

      After applying through Naukri, I received a rather lengthy email with around 10-12 questions ranging from current role to company view to salary expectations. This emails comes to me around midnight. On providing the required response, I get an abrupt email just asking for my current salary (no context or salutations and again in the middle of the night). On giving them the figure, I get a reply saying "We evaluated your salary expectation & digital experience. As we do see relevant experience we won't be able to take your profile forward." If this was the reason for rejection then why ask for current salary anyway? Also, how do you judge all this basis an email response? Please stop wasting people's time. Probably high time you guys started acting professionally.

(www.mindstorm.in): How did you come to know about the job opening? Are you doing any course on weekends or intend to do one in the future? Have you completed your masters degree? How old are you? Do you carry any work experience? (Please mention if you have any personal experience in the domain as well we will be able to consider this) What makes you stand out from other candidates who have applied to the job you are applying to? What position are you applying for? What do you understand about the role you are applying for? Why are you applying to Mindstorm? How do you think your skills can benefit Mindstorm? Which are the other companies you have applied to? If selected, how soon would you be able to join?

      Hi, Thank you for addressing your concerns. Based on your review, we are glad about our decision of not choosing to take you on board. We'd want to answer your questions one by one. Since you applied via Naukri, you might have not gone through our website. We have detailed the questions we ask on our 'Careers' page to speed up the process of hiring. (Do note, that this also depends on when you applied, considering you chose to remain anonymous when reviewing here.) The Leadership team works late into the night as we have to clear over 70 applications a day and the HR team might not be able to speed up the process as candidate evaluation takes time. We understand that not everyone likes to work late night but the leadership team is in charge of running the business and for us 'time' at times is irrelevant. There are several factors chosen to review a candidate at Mindstorm. Apparently, our first mail might have missed a question on your current salary and hence it was added in a follow-up mail. If we cannot afford you, we do not take the interview ahead. Affordability is based on your background & experience. We match this with your current salary and your expectations. This is our way of evaluating candidates.
