The interview was short and questions not appropriate for the position or even to test passion, skills or experience. After the interview the interviewer mentioned that it will be taken to the next level for 2nd round of interview with the team. But unfortunately only after emailing to check the status I got a very cold email stating the following : Thank you for taking the time to prepare your application and giving us the chance of getting to know you better through conversation. Your experience and qualifications were carefully reviewed in relation to our current needs, but unfortunately we do not see a fit with any of our available positions at this time . Being a personal development company and when they are claiming to be so focused on unifying the world for raising human consciousness, they need to be more polite and motivating candidates in sending replies and I was particularly drawn back by the usage of words "we do not see a fit with any of our available positions" Well, I wasn't in first place ready to take up a role in "any" position but was specific to what I had applied!!! Terribly rude people and makes no sense to apply and even work for such companies!

I am still in the application process. At the moment, I did two online interviews and more will follow. I will update this post as soon as the application process is done. At the moment I did not receive a job offer. The interviews are done per video call through google hangouts. First you have an interview with a very nice person from the human resource department. The second interview is with a person from the team you applying for.
