Interviewed with the DM and asked typical managerial and sales questions. Expected to cultivate a team, coach in or out, sales driven and results had in the past, visual merchandising outlook, and teamwork.

The hiring process was very straightforward. I was asked regular retail questions about experience, internal and external associate questions and a lot of scenario questions. I was hired within 1 week of interviewing with the company.
