I was scheduled for the first round of phone interview but never got a call from the interviewer. I tried to follow up but the interviewer never responded and ghosted me.

Initial phone screening and on-site interview in their Pasadena office location. Everyone that greeted me were friendly and professional. Standard interview process but the weirdest thing was they said even for full-time regular hire roles, you have to pay for your own parking permit which is about $50-55/month (from what I remember). Benefits also start after 3 month probation period.
