The process was very quick for me - online application, next-day phone call and a small group interview the day after that.
While it was a small group interview, they just asked you the questions one by one. After, you had to complete a short form with your availability.
Positives:
-Quick process
-friendly interviewer
Negatives:
-The email stated you needed to bring a CV but it was not needed
-The interviewer was 45 mins late (and would have been later had we not asked again)

What do you hope to get from working here? Why do you want to work here/what do you know about the company? I cannot properly remember the other questions but they generally drew on your work experiences and how you handled various situations.
It has been quite long since I went for this interview so it may not be up to date. There were quite a few people who were there for interview and it took awhile before it was my turn.
HR took in my resume and asked questions straight to the point. Like when are my availability to work, and if I am willing to travel to other outlets to work when required.
