First, a 5 days take home assignment and then 2 interviews. The interviews are an absolute waste of time. They asked the exact same questions during the interview. Apparently the deputy director was sick during the first interview, thus the purpose of the second interview. What a huge waste of time. Deputy director doesn't seem to know who he is looking for as well. Always shaking his head when i am replying lol, maybe that is his head's natural movement. His team seems to approve, onle he is the picky one and waste so much of my time. And they did not give me any feedback related to the assignment! So what did I do that for??
