Two interviews with a panel of 3-4 people. There were 2 rounds. If you passed the first round, you went on to the second round. Offers were given after the second round if chosen.

Panel of 6 people (including students) asking questions one at a time. I applied for the position and had a first interview. I was asked back for a second interview with the hiring manager and the Dean of Students. I was called and offered the position by the Dean of Students.
