I was called by the shop manager at the time for an interview for the shop service advisor position they had open. I arrived and was interviewed by both the shop manager & the express lane manager, at the time. They were both very upbeat & made me feel comfortable. After the interview, I had to take their persinality test to see if I would score accordingly for the position. The time frame I was given for a callback on whether or not I would be given the job, was accurate.
