Filled out a form, no interest in being interviewed just employed like cattle. If you want a job don't come looking for one at Mint Staff Solutions unless you want to be treated with no respect, if you bring up a problem its the end of the world. They will make you work until they say so, this enables them to earn every penny out of you possible regardless of the circumstances.

Applied online via a website, they asked for a copy of my CV and had a FaceTime interview with a member of the management staff. There was a quick turn around between my application and the date of my interview

Over the phone they asked me some clarifying details - name, age etc. Asked if I could work weekends and unsociable hours. They asked me why I wanted to work for Mint but apparently not everyone gets asked this.
