Entrevista
Interviewed with HR, then was given a project to complete before meeting a single member of the hiring team (this usually happens after you are shortlisted by the hiring manager). I completed the project, which took many hours, only to be informed that the hiring manager had decided that the project they had set up was not really testing the correct skills, so would I mind completing a second project? All before ever meeting anyone outside of HR. I declined. They did not seem to know what they wanted out of a candidate, and the level of disorganization and disrespect of a candidate's time was truly disappointing. They should have worked out what the job was and its key requirements before soliciting time-consuming projects from candidates. It did not bode well for working there. What a great brand, but what a terrible interview experience.

Entrevista
I applied online. The next form of contact was an email for a design project. Actually, correction - design projects. They asked for multiple projects to be completed. To add, these aren’t short projects either, each taking hours to complete. Each one could be its own interview project. I’m surprised that the projects came before any form of interview. I feel like it’s fairly standard that projects come after at least a phone interview as it can be a complete waste of time for candidates to dedicate hours of free work when they’re not one of the final candidates for consideration of the position.
